We had a fun time and lots of yummy food in the mountains for Thanksgiving with my family. Both of my sisters and their husbands were able to come. I think it was the first time that we've been together as a family since Rebecca got married. Mary Kate loved soaking up all of the attention from everyone. We're still trying to undo all of the spoiling that occurred.

Rebecca, Ethan, Bandit, and Mylee (Mylee was due to deliver a litter of pups while we were there, but I guess she wasn't ready yet. We were sad to miss out on the excitement)

This was as close to Santa that I thought MK was going to get. She has yet to sit in a "real" Santa's lap. Of course, I'd say grabbing Santa's crotch is pretty close!Then, she surprised us all and actually sat in a Santa's lap!
Mary Kate and Granna made a Gingerbread house together. MK loved it...
especially, eating the icing!
They had a hard time getting the icing that came in the kit to work, but Ethan came in and saved the day and got it to work.

she sure is growing up! Made it into Santa's lap - who woulda thunk it?! Ford is just getting cuter and cuter every day - I can't believe it's been a year and we still haven't met!!!!!!
And just so you know - I know I haven't been leaving comments lately - but I still check this ALL the time! It's my lifeline to you guys - thanks for being so diligent. i could learn a thing or two from you. ;)
