Here are some pics to document our Easter fun over the past week (click on the picture above to see the Easter album). It started with an Easter egg hunt at Granna's church, then a visit to the Easter Bunny, then a fun weekend with all of my family at my house, a cookout after Church with our own little Easter egg hunt, and Easter baskets. It was so much fun having all of my family at my house for a few days. Thanks to my sisters for driving many hours to come celebrate Easter (and MK's birthday party...but we'll get to that in another post).
However, the true spirit of Easter was revealed in the latest post written by Cabell Sweeney, who is discovering how to live life without her beloved Mike. We are looking forward to celebrating Sweeney's life on Wednesday at his memorial service. It feels kind of weird and wrong to say that I'm looking forward to it because I'd much rather Sweeney be here and healed. However, I know it's going to be such a testimony to the love and grace of Jesus.

Glad ya'll had a wonderful Easter ! The kids are precious in their Easter attire. Tell Mary Kate "Happy Birthday" from us tomorrow.
