I finally feel like an Aunt...

I finally feel like an Aunt for two (really three) reasons. I actually got to see my nephew for the first time face to face and hold him in my arms last week. He is soooo precious with huge, gorgeous, blue eyes. I was amazed at how content and well adjusted he was after a super-long flight and major time change. We are so excited that Anna, Dalton, and Isaiah are visiting from New Zealand for a while. We got to have some fun family time with them in Columbus and even got to catch a movie with just the four of us...fyi, Date Night is a great, funny movie minus the extremely awkward stripper scene...just a warning for those of you that might go see it. They also made a day trip to Macon, which was so fun to hang out with them. Here's some pics of our time at Nonna and Grandaddy's.

Mary Kate showing off her New Zealand shirt.

Who knows what Mary Kate was making Dalton do...either search for Evan, teaching him about animals at church, or looking for rolly pollies (this girls imagination has taken off lately).

A proud Nonna with her grandboys in their All Blacks shirts.

Grandaddy was the hero of the weekend when he turned his riding lawnmower into a tractor and gave everyone rides. Ford absolutely loved it, which resulted in many fits when it wasn't his turn.

So, the other two reasons that I really feel like an aunt is that my sister, Stephanie, is having TWINS!!! We are so excited for her and Joe. Now, Mary Kate is going to have to learn how to share her Prince Joe.

It is great that yall are getting lots of time with Anna. Again, just so happy for you Aunt Katherine! Hugs and love to you (and yes, a playdate any of those dates works for us)
