We had Ford baptised on Sunday, symbolizing that he is set apart for a holy life. Our hope is that, one day, he will decide for himself to surrender his life to Jesus Christ, recognizing Him as his Lord and Savior. He did great during the baptism, not even flinching when what seemed like a bucket of water was poured on his head. Mary Kate, on the other hand, was not so cooperative. I had to put her down and let her go to Granna before she jumped out of my arms. Afterward, we had family and friends over for a lunch to celebrate. It was my first time having a big crowd for a meal. But, does it count when you borrow half of the stuff and your mother, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law do half of the cooking?? Thanks for all of your help! It was a special day and we were glad to be able to celebrate it with family and friends.
