Let's Paaartee!

Monday night, Young Life Macon put on a concert featuring Drew and Ellie Holcomb and their guitarist, Nathan, and Mike and Lindsey Kinnebrew opened up for them. It was a great night of music and a chance for kids to raise money to get to Crooked Creek Ranch this summer. I was so glad that I was able to go--not just to hear great music, but to have the chance to see the kids and watch leaders interacting with kids. It was an extra treat to have Drew, Ellie, and Nathan stay at our house, especially for Mary Kate. The next morning, she grabbed Drew and Nathan by the hand and led them upstairs to a tea paartee (It's very hard to decipher between "potty" and "party"). It was the cutest thing to see two grown men crammed in a little playhouse having a tea party. They were such good sports! If you've heard their music, you already know that they're awesome, but if you haven't--check it out!

I especially like this picture with Nathan wearing the apron and chef hat.

Happy 5 Months, Ford! Welcome to the world of solid foods.

Awesome...I love good new music (new to me)! And I love that MK took them in the playhouse to have a tea party! I always laugh when Leah begs her one unmarried uncle to play dolls with her. Classic.

Good music - i like. Ford's turning into a man...already onto solids?!?! And I'm super jealous that they got to have a tea potty with MK - hopefully she's still into that sort of thing when we come visit. :)
