Joel's been itching to go to a UGA baseball game since the season started, but every time he tries to go, the game is sold out. Really, he just wants any excuse to go the Athens! It turned out that his college was having an event this weekend with a luncheon, speaker, and tickets to the baseball game. So, he took them up on the offer. It was such a fun, family day. The place that we met for the luncheon and speaker had a playground, sandbox, and sidewalk chalk, so MK was set. The highlights of the game for Mary Kate were the planes that flew over the stadium and her Daddy's peanut shells on the ground. The highlight of the game for Joel was Matt Cerione's walk-off hit to win the game for Georgia
again. As we were leaving the game, Mary Kate threw a fit and kept saying, "Watch game, again! Watch game, again!"
The highlight of the game for me was MK conked out in the car on the way home.

She's so precious sleeping in her little car seat. I love that you put all they funny things she likes and says and does on here, I feel like I'm getting to know her through this blog! Ford is so cute in his little baseball cap - what a champ.
I'm happy to know that MK is growing up to love sports just like her Aunt Rach :) Good job, mom and dad for turning her on to sports at a young age.
