The Night That Never Ends, Week 1

It's my favorite night of camp...the night where you get to see kids come alive, let their walls down, and be kids. Right now, they're in the midst of processing our broken relationship with God, but tomorrow they get to hear what God did to fix that broken relationship...Jesus! Mary Kate and Ford had a blast watching everything tonight. For Grandmothers that want to know what their grandkids are up to, here's some pics from tonight and the last couple of days.

Rodeo Night...click on the pic above for more.

Going for a swim in the hot tub.

Other points of interest:
  • Mary Kate pooped at lunch today (after being given a stool softener) and it created a puddle on the Dining Hall floor...that was real fun!
  • Ford is FINALLY adjusting to the time change and sleeping past 5 in the morning!
  • Mary Kate has taken a nap every day that we've been here...woohoo!
  • We just finished our 2nd round of Real Life...keep praying for that. Today, campers gave our "high school selves" advice...that wasn't so fun.

Thanks for the pictures. Ford is growing up too fast. He looks like a "little man" in some of the pics. Mary Kate looks like she is having a blast. I am really beginning to regret my decision not to come out. Will keep praying for all of you and especially for Real Life. Our group leaves in the morning. Crazy day at the office. Miss you. Can't wait to talk.

Please do pass along your secret for getting Ford to keep a hat on his head.
